Vallejo, CA -- The California Maritime Academy battled through early foul trouble to hold off a feisty Pacific Union team down in Morrow Cove Saturday night, with a 85-76 win. 

CMA (9-7, 5-2 in Cal Pac) were led by their inside presence Cody Gatton, who was strong inside for 15 points, and great guard play from Tom Kreta and Mikey Ferguson, scoring 25 and 19 respectively.  Dustin Comm scored 19 for the Pioneers.

Maritime squares off Monday Night vs non-conference opponent Golden State Baptist then returns to Cal Pac play on the road at CSU-East Bay on Thursday.
