The California Pacific
Conference released the winners of the
awards listed below on Wednesday, who are
voted by the head coaches of the
conference. 1st team all
conference member Tom Kreta, originally
from Kodiak, Alaska and honorable
mention member Cody Gatton from Cotati,
California, have been the backbone of
the Keelhaulers success. Head
Coach Tim Harrison also received Coach
of the Year honors.
"We are very pleased with
what we have built here at Cal Maritime
in a short period of time" coach Tim
Harrison stated. "None of this
would have been possible with out the
leadership of Marv Christopher, our
Athletic Director, Bill Eisenhardt
our University President, Chris Krzak, plus all the
current and former players, assistant
coaches, and managers that have put in
countless hours to create a competitive
culture. In particular I would
like to thank the CMA faculty for their
support, working with our
student-athletes and assisting them
throughout this great journey.
Last but not least the CMA students and
community support has been tremendous!"
