Tuesday are with Jeff Ward.
Bring your running shoes, boots, and a swim
suit.

Thursday
sessions are with Pat Hollister. Meet
in the gym during your allotted time.

Be up at
Bodnar Field ready to warm up at 4:45pm.

Practices
begin with a warm up at 4:45pm.

Warm-up will
last fifteen minutes.

The session
will begin at 5pm sharp.

Please
remember your boots and running shoes.

is vital. The players who work-out on their own
in addition to
team sessions are those that benefit the most.
Plan it into your week.
There will be rugby fitness tests completed to
gauge each players fitness.
