Cal Maritime
played its 2nd conference game in as many
nights losing to Holy Names University. The Keelhaulers
had another great effort, but it just wasn’t enough to
overcome the hawks of Holy Names. Cal Maritime cut the
lead to 10 with about 5 minuets to go in the half, but
the lack of a bench played a big part in the 2nd
half. The Keelhaulers were lead by Stacey Sorenson with
16 points 14 of them coming from the line. Katie Maddox
chipped in 11.
The Cal Maritime
women’s basketball team will play again on Saturday
12-17-05 at 5:30 against Dominican University at Mayo
Hall.
