27 Jan through 28 Jan, 2006 - The Keelhaulers(2-8 conference and 5-12 overall) played Holy Names University on Friday and then stepped out of conference to host Notre Dame de Namur on Saturday.  On Friday, the Keelhaulers  had difficulty getting the ball to find the basket in the first half which allowed Holy Names to open up a comfortable lead.  Cal Maritime had a better second half, but it was too much of a deficit to overcome.  The Keelhaulers were lead by Stacey Sorenson with 17 points.  On Saturday night, the Keelhaulers shot the ball very well but could not stop the scoring of Notre Dame de Namur.  The Keelhaulers were lead by Clarisse Osegueda with 23 and Katie Maddox who added 22.  Sorenson dished out a career high 11 assists. 

The Keelhaulers play at Dominican University on Tuesday at 5:30 followed  by the men at 7:30.  The next home game for the Keelhaulers will be on Thursday 2-2-06 against U.C. Santa Cruz.
