4 Feb 2006 - The Keelhaulers (2-10, 5-14) lost a close one on Saturday night at Simpson University in Redding.  The Red hawks of Simpson University used their press early to get a lead over the Keelhaulers.  The Keelhaulers had a great shooting effort from both Katie Maddox, 5-5 from behind the arc finished with 15 points, and Clarisse Osegueda, 3-3 from 3-point range with 16 points.  Stacey Sorenson chipped in 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists.  Pascha McAlister also added 8 points and 5 rebounds.  The game came down to the last couple of possessions where Simpson University was able to use the clock wisely and convert when needed.
