Himmelspach was selected as the
California Pacific Conference
Women’s Basketball Player of the
Week for the dates of February 9th
through 16th, 2009.
Himmelspach, a native of Chico,
California, averaged 16.7
points, 5.6 rebounds and 9.6
assists in a 3-0 week for the
Keelhaulers. CSU Maritime won
75-33 over Southwestern College
in Vallejo on Monday in a
non-conference game, beat Menlo
College 80-76 on Thursday in
Atherton in California Pacific
Conference play, and finished
out the week with an 83-72 win
over Simpson University in
Vallejo on Saturday, also in
conference play.
The Keelhaulers will wrap up
their California Pacific
Conference schedule with two
games this week on Thursday they
take on CSU East Bay in Hayward
and on Saturday take on Bethany
University in Vallejo.
Both games tip off at 5:30.
