On Monday March 23, 2009 Whitley Priddy of Sacramento signed a letter of Intent to finish her Career as a Keelhauler.  Priddy a standout forward at Yuba College averaged 11.6 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in conference play.  In her final year at Yuba Whitley dished out a school record of 100 assists from the forward position.  Priddy will be a solid addition to Cal Maritime both on and off the court.  Her determination on the court is matched by her dedication in the classroom.  "We as a coaching staff are extremely excited about getting a player of Whitley's caliber and look for big things from her in the upcoming season," Stated Coach Covell.
