Cal Maritime Women’s Basketball team defeated Life Pacific College 84-34 at home on Saturday night.  The Keelhaulers lead for all of the game except the first couple of minutes.  The Keelhaulers jumped out to a 46-17 lead at the half and never looked back.  Cal Maritime was lead by Jessica Cannon with 18 points and 5 rebounds.  Angela Jackson added 12 points of the bench, while Katie Maddox and Keniya Thurman both chipped in 10 points.  The Keelhaulers had a very big advantage on the boards out rebounding Life Pacific 72 to 29 with Jennifer Wadsworth grabbing 9 and added 8 points. 

Keelhaulers open conference on Thursday at home against Holy Names University at 5:30.
